At the beginning of this volume, there is a picture of the Adi Shakti (the primordial feminine divine energy) in the form of Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. The picture of the Adi Shakti is endowed with the power of radiating the vibrations of chaitanya (the core energy of the universe): the can give realization.

Now, Lord Jesus Christ said we have to be born twice to enter the Kingdom; He said one has to be born of the Spirit; He said those born of the Spirit are like the wind, “He breathed on them, and said to them receive the Holy Spirit.” (John 20:22). Do you want to receive the breath of Christ? Do you want to receive the Holy Spirit? Are you asking for it?

Choose a propitious hour, for instance, early in the morning, a quiet room. Wash yourself. Do not wear any shoes. In front of you put this book opened at the page of Shri Mataji’s picture and sit comfortably. Relax. Shri Mataji says: “You have evolved from the amoeba to the human stage spontaneously. Why should you worry about your coming evolution?” So you do not have to strive to do anything. Just try to keep your mind quiet. Stretch out your hands towards the picture, palms upwards. You might look at the Aygnya Chakra of Shri Mataji (the red dot on Her forehead). Stay there for at least ten minutes.

Do you feel anything? A breeze or just a creeping sensation in the hands? An upward movement in your body? A sense of wellbeing in the head? If you do not feel anything, you should not feel upset. Be patient! As I said, it sometimes took many days for Shri Mataji to clear the chakras of some people. You should try again for twenty one days, every morning, with your feet in a basis of lukewarm, salted water. Afterwards, throw the water in the w.c. This will then offer each of the seven negatively charged chakras three times the chance to expel the negative vibrations into the salted water which works like an outlet.

This may sound fantastic and you may not do it. But remember, we are talking about God Almighty. Do you understand? Do you realize how fantastically dynamic His power is? His mere desire creates universes! If you say that you believe in His powers, does your faith end up with Sunday mass, prayers at the mosque, or the study of the scriptures?

Now the time has come to know Him as the living, true God. I would even suggest you ask an absolute question to the photograph. “Are You the Holy Spirit?” or, “Are You the Adi Shakti?” You may ask any absolute question such as, “Is there God?” Amazingly enough, many have felt the breeze very strongly. It is the answer: “Yes”.
