Bad Week for Feminism is the headline

“25% of young women would rather win first prize on America’s Next Top Model than the Nobel Peace Prize. 50% said they’d marry an ugly man if he were rich.” The Week Magazine 04.03.09

Hey, 75% of young women would rather not win first prize on America’s Next Top Model – sounds good to me, why is it a bad week for feminism? And real beauty or ugliness, is from within, it isn’t external.

Sounds to me as if American’s young women are in good shape and it is The Week that needs to get its act in gear.

    Hey, this is good. Maybe we should see what other people in our respective counties are up to. Good for America. These young women will hopefully become the next role models rather than next top models. The times… they’re a’changing, said who?
