You may be able to resave (export through QuickTime pro for example) it as a file suitable for viewing on iphone or another small screen device. You may also be able to resave the file in another format that uses different compression techniques that result in a smaller file. Sorry I don't know specific actions to recommend but normally you would sacrifice both sound and video quality in getting a smaller file.
