In a talk Shri Mataji gave from an Adi Shakti Puja,  she defined the terms Swaha & Swadha as follows:
Swaha is the one who consumes; the consumption at the Nabhi Chakra.
Swadha is the “inner” consumption: the absorption.

She mentioned later (paraphrasing) that these were related to the Guru’s powers.
