Y'dig?

This is a methodology invented by a Russian scientist. If you research on www.youtube.com you’ll discover that water has a sensitivity beyond anything you can imagine.

Russian doctors kept their ailing president Brezchnev alive for years longer that would have otherwise happened by giving him a diet of pure water, taken from arctic ice, he drank melted ice, and all his food was cooked in it. Obviously, we can’t get access to ice that was frozen 10,000 years ago or more, but we can recreate the same effects in our kitchen.

This is what you do:

1.  Get a glass bottle with a stopper or cap. Fill it with water, but leave room for the ice to expand and fill it. Be on the safe side and leave more space in it than you’ll need.

2. Freeze it in your freezer and remove it and let it defrost in the kitchen.

3. When the ice is melted and there’s an egg shaped piece of ice left, the rest being water, remove the water and set aside. Take a second glass bottle and refreeze the water.

4. When the egg sized ice has melter in the first bottle, pour that water away – it contains all the pollutants and other junk you don’t want. Rinse out the first bottle.

5. When the second bottle is frozen, remove it and proceed as above.

6. After you’ve frozen the water three times and thrown away three egg sized pieces of ice, or the melted water that they contained, what’s left is delicious, healthy, restorative water.

Try it, you’ll be amazed and you’ll feel better if you drink only this.
